Refund policy

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from The Gift Box. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and policies will apply.

Online Purchases

If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. You will however be responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective please contact us on care@cosybox.ie. We will ensure to remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.

Please ensure to have all details pertaining to your purchase available.

Cosy Box has the right to Repair, Replace or Refund the faulty items for the customer. If a refund is deemed appropriate then the full purchase price including delivery charge (if applicable) for defective or faulty items will be given.
